• South West Marine Drive Residence

This project included a complete renovation with an addition onto the side and back of the home. The home was build in the 1940's with lots of character, but did not provide enough space or features for today's modern family. An addition to the side of the home provided an ensuite and walk in closet on the upper floor and on the main floor an enlarged living room adding an entertainment area. An addition to the back gave much needed space for a large family kitchen.

  • North Delta Residence

This North Delta home was completely taken back to the studs. The floor plan was reconfigured and a new foyer and laundry room addition was added. The home now has all of the owners wishes, including a master suite with walk in closet and en suite. An open kitchen and great room, excellent for entertaining. Downstairs includes an artists studio, exercise room, guest bedroom and a home theatre

  • B.C Children's Hospital Lottery Home

This home was used for the Dream Lottery. The home has high vaulted ceilings that were accented with two toned wood. We used high contrasting materials in the fabrics and furnishings as well to balance out the home.

  • Langley Lottery House

This New home built in High Point Estates has a casual elegance to it. The furnishings are comfortable and stylish. The tall doors and mouldings add character and elegance. The folding door system brings the outdoors in.

  • Langley Residence

This home has a centre staircase that separates the living, dining, and the kitchen, family room. Drama was added with colour in this home. We used large cascading red roses on the fireplace, over scaled peacock art in the dining room and lots of teal in the family room.

  • Langley 1st Ave

This home in Langley had tall large windows that looked out at a beautiful mountain view. The windows and the vaulted ceilings were clad in dark stained wood to further accent the dramatic windows. The fabrics in the great room were kept neutral allowing the trim work to be a focal. The other spaces used colour, texture, and large art to create a very comfortable and interesting home.

  • White Rock House

This home on the hillside was renovated and opened up to create an open floor plan that takes full advantage of an ocean view. A large kitchen island with plenty of storage also offers a view from the bar stools. The glass sided staircase keeps the view seamless from the back den right thru to the great room. The master en suite features a walk in shower with an ocean view. The home was updated thru out.

  • Surrey Residence

The objective of this project was to take the kitchen walls down to create an open floor plan and great room. The client wanted the kitchen (although open) not be seen from the front entry. The master bedroom en suite and closet were enlarged and updated.

  • Marine Dr White Rock

This ocean view home has a very warm homey feel, the interior furnishings reflected this through the use of textured fabrics and timeless furnishings. A hint of the sea can be found in the accessories and art.
