Sunrae interior design provides custom designs to a range of clients in both the residential and commercial market. Our projects include small renos to custom home builds, with close collaboration alongside client, Architect and Contractor. Each project and client is unique, as such we offer the following list of services tailored to each individual project.
Project Assessment:
Our initial introduction with our client to determine the requirements of their project. We can then define a style and concept that is best suited to each project and client.
Concept Development:
This is when the planning happens to bring your project to life. Using our understanding of what you want, your budget and timeline, we create the concept. We are able to reconfigure an existing space or create a new one. Using floor plans, materials, colour boards, and products that are custom to each individual client we come up with a plan.
Space Planning and Design Development:
This is when the planning happens to bring your project to life. Using our understanding of what you want, your budget and timeline, we create the concept. AutoCAD drawings- elevations, electrical, floor plans:
Depending on your needs sunrae can provide CadDrawings for demolition, new space planning, tile setting, patters, furniture layouts, ceilings, lightning designs, millwork concepts, and cabinetry elevations. They can be sent to contractors, trades and anyone else involved in the facilitation of your project.
New Home Builds:
sunrae will work with your architect to make sure that your home meets your needs and that your space functions for you and your family. We will also work closely with contractors and specify the best options for your new home. We will guide in selecting and materials; tile,stone, millwork,hardware, lighting, appliances and fixtures.
Trade Consultations:
We have many years of experience working with architects and contractors. Our team is well regarded as a team player within the architecture and contractor communities, bringing knowledgeable and helpful advice to the table. We strive to clearly communicate the needs of our clients, help our clients understand the costs and implications of all decisions made, and participate in monitoring schedules.
Kitchen and Bath Remodels:
Sunrae will create functional layout drawings that work for you. The design is then completed by a comprehensive selection of all materials and fixtures including flooring, kitchen cabinetry style and finish, countertop and backsplash selections, hardware, plumbing and lighting fixtures, paint colours, and other finishes relevant to your kitchen or bath renovation project.
Furnishing:
Sunrae assists our clients in establishing their style and overall layout of the home by presenting schemes and options for furniture, fabrics, window treatments, paint colours as well as decorative accessories and artwork.
Decorative Styling:
